Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and emerging opportunities to offer clients informed advice.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that attract potential buyers and investors.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to achieve successful property transactions.
Documentation: Ensure all real estate transactions are properly documented and comply with legal requirements.
Qualifications
Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.]Experience: Proven track record in sales, marketing, or real estate.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
