Description

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and emerging opportunities to offer clients informed advice.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that attract potential buyers and investors.
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to achieve successful property transactions.
• Documentation: Ensure all real estate transactions are properly documented and comply with legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.]Experience: Proven track record in sales, marketing, or real estate.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Customer Focus: A deep commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Licensing: Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
