Job Summary

• The Spa Manager will oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and smooth workflow.
• The ideal candidate should be skilled instaff management, customer relations, and business operations, ensuring that the spa meets its revenue targets while providing a relaxing and luxurious experience to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage allspa operations, treatments, and services.
• Lead and supervisespa therapists, front desk staff, and other personnel.
• Ensureexceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Developpromotional strategiesto attract and retain clients.
• Monitor andanalyze revenue performance, implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• Maintain relationships withvendors and suppliersfor beauty products and equipment.
• Ensure compliance withhealth and safety regulations.
• Handlecustomer feedback, complaints, and staff concernsprofessionally.
• Organize training and development programs for spa employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant certification inBusiness Management, Spa Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• 4 – 5 yearsexperience as aSpa Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge ofspa treatments, skincare products, and wellness trends.
• Excellentcommunication and customer serviceskills.
• Ability toanalyze financial reports and manage budgets.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly
