We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Spa Aesthetician and Manager to lead our spa team, ensure exceptional customer service, and oversee daily spa operations.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise in aesthetics, strong leadership abilities, and business acumen to enhance client experiences, manage staff, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Aesthetic and Spa Treatments:
Perform a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other specialized therapies.
Administer body treatments such as massages, body wraps, and exfoliation procedures.
Provide waxing, threading, and other hair removal services.
Offer expert advice on skincare routines and recommend products to clients.
Ensure all treatments are performed with the highest level of professionalism and hygiene.
Spa Management and Operations:
Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring seamless functionality and superior customer service.
Manage spa inventory, including ordering, restocking, and tracking supplies.
Implement and maintain hygiene and safety standards as per industry regulations.
Develop and execute strategies to increase spa bookings and customer retention.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, sales, and profitability.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive client experience.
Team Leadership and Training:
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of aestheticians, massage therapists, and spa assistants.
Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide continuous feedback to the team.
Organize regular training sessions to ensure staff stays updated with the latest industry trends and treatments.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and excellence.
Marketing and Business Development:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote spa services and attract new clientele.
Collaborate with vendors and partners to introduce new treatments and products.
Build relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Utilize social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications and Skills
Certification or Diploma in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as an aesthetician, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proficiency in a wide range of skincare and spa treatments.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Knowledge of spa software and booking systems.
Business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and financial targets.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to maintaining a professional and luxurious spa ambiance.

Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
