Job Structure & Benefits

• Flexible Work Arrangement: Successful candidates will be required to attend in-office training once a week.
• Weekly Allowance: Receive N15,000 per week to cover transportation and phone expenses.
• Sales Targets: Marketers will be responsible for selling plots of land across various estate locations in Lagos and Ogun State.
• Competitive Commissions: Earn 20%–25% commission on every land sale, with same-day commission payments once clients make payments.
