Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos & Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Temporary

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our sales team. 
• The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and expanding our customer base.
• Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, and communicate their value proposition to customers.
• Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base, and increase market share.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to achieve business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
• Personal Qualities: Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Age: Applicants are expected not to be more than 28 years old.
