Job Description
As a Sales Supervisor with 4 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, you likely have a strong foundation in managing sales teams, optimizing processes, and achieving targets.

Team Leadership & Management: Oversee a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and performance reviews. You may have also been responsible for recruitment and onboarding new team members.
Sales Target Achievement: Work with the sales team to ensure that sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met. This involves setting achievable goals, tracking progress, and adjusting strategies as needed.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts, distributors, and clients. Your role may have involved understanding customer needs and ensuring the company's products were well-represented in retail channels.
Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to devise sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Inventory & Stock Management: Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure the timely availability of products and optimal stock levels across key locations.
Promotions & Product Launches: Plan and execute promotional activities and new product launches to increase market share and drive brand visibility.
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales reports for senior management, analyzing performance metrics and providing forecasts for future sales and business growth.
Training & Development: Organize training programs for sales team members on new products, sales techniques, and customer service to improve performance.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree, HND
Experience: 4 - 5

Sales Management: Effective in managing sales teams, setting clear objectives, and driving results through motivation and leadership.
Customer Focus: Skilled in customer relationship building and understanding the dynamics of retail and consumer needs.
