Job Title: Demand Generation Manager

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsiblites

• Developing business plans/ market strategies for the products within the assigned portfolio.
• Managing Team of Marketing Manager.
• Brand Management, Designing Marketing & Sample Strategy/Incentive plans/ Cycle plans/Promo inputs.
• Preparation of innovative promotional inputs for implementation of strategies.
• Market planning, Strategy Development, Monitoring & Review of brands.
• Provide overall directions to develop new markets and strengthen the existing ones& Coordination with Sales Head
• Responsible to plan, manage and achieve brand budget, profitability, Marketing Collateral Development.
• Identifying the opportunities for sales growth.
• Provide direction, motivation & training to marketing team for ensuring optimum performance.
• Ensuring marketing strategy implementation through sales force.
• Conducting meetings, Product launches, organizing CMEs etc.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
