Job Title: Head of Corporate Communication

Job Summary
The Head of Corporate Communication will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance the company's brand image, public relations, and stakeholder engagement.
This role requires strong expertise in media relations, crisis communication, corporate branding, and internal communications within the fintech industry.
The ideal candidate will ensure consistent and effective messaging across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Communication Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communication strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
Ensure brand consistency and a strong corporate identity across all communication channels.
Monitor industry trends and provide strategic recommendations for communication improvements.
Public Relations & Media Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and corporate announcements.
Represent the company in media engagements, interviews, and public events.
Manage crisis communication strategies to protect the company’s reputation.
Internal Communications:
Develop and implement internal communication initiatives to align employees with the company’s vision and values.
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
Create newsletters, memos, and other internal materials to keep employees informed.
Stakeholder & Investor Relations:
Manage communication with key stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and partners.
Prepare reports, presentations, and messaging for investor relations and corporate meetings.
Ensure transparent and effective communication between the company and its stakeholders.
Digital & Social Media Communication:
Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website content and social media platforms.
Develop digital communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor online sentiment and manage digital reputation.
Crisis & Risk Communication:
Develop and implement crisis communication plans to manage public perception during challenging situations.
Act as the primary spokesperson during crises, ensuring clear and strategic messaging.
Conduct media training for executives and key spokespersons.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
7+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or related roles, preferably in fintech or financial services.
Strong media relations, storytelling, and crisis management skills.
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, investor relations, and reputation management.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple communication channels.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in fintech, banking, or digital financial services.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance communication standards.
Familiarity with digital PR tools and social media management.
