Job Title: Digital Marketer

Job Summary
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement for the company.
Candidates will report to the Head of Marketing.
This role requires expertise in digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, and social media management within the fintech industry. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and enhance the company’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and content effectiveness.
Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
Develop engaging and informative content for blogs, newsletters, and digital ads.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality digital assets.
Track and optimize content performance to enhance customer engagement.
Social Media & Community Engagement:
Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer interactions.
Monitor industry trends and engage with fintech communities to drive brand credibility.
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on digital platforms.
Data Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) to track campaign performance.
Generate reports on key performance metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
Optimize digital marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
Develop strategies to generate and nurture leads through digital channels.
Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates.
Work with the sales team to align marketing efforts with customer acquisition goals.
Implement marketing automation tools to enhance lead generation efforts.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, social media advertising, and content marketing.
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media analytics, and performance tracking.
Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in a fintech company or digital financial services.
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in financial marketing.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles for landing page optimization.
Familiarity with CRM and customer retention strategies.
