Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our delivery platform. This role involves driving product strategy, enhancing user engagement, and leveraging data-driven insights to improve platform performance.
The ideal candidate has experience in logistics, fintech, or e-commerce and is skilled in agile methodologies, user experience (UX), and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for PicckR’s delivery platform.
Prioritize features based on business goals, user needs, and market trends.
Ensure timely delivery of product milestones by identifying and mitigating development roadblocks.
User Experience & Customer Engagement:
Improve onboarding processes to increase user retention and reduce drop-offs.
Utilize data analytics to enhance the user experience and optimize product performance.
Work closely with engineering and UX teams to develop intuitive and efficient features.
Operational & Business Growth:
Develop tools and features to enhance logistics efficiency and delivery tracking.
Implement data-driven strategies to increase platform adoption by businesses and individual users.
Optimize transaction processes to drive revenue growth and engagement.
Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to align product development with company objectives.
Engage with business users, delivery partners, and third-party service providers to improve platform value.
Serve as a product evangelist, leading demos and training for key stakeholders.
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement:
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user growth, transaction volume, and delivery success rates.
Implement machine learning and data analytics to enhance fraud detection and reduce failed deliveries.
Continuously refine processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
KPIs for Success:
User Growth & Retention: Increase active users and reduce drop-off rates.
Delivery Efficiency: Improve matching success rate and on-time delivery performance.
Revenue & Transactions: Grow total platform transactions and average revenue per user.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high CSAT scores and minimize disputes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3+ years in product management, preferably in logistics, fintech, or e-commerce.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in agile methodologies, wire framing, user research, and data analytics.
Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of optimizing user engagement and revenue growth.
Communication & Leadership: Ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of last-mile delivery, logistics, and digital payment systems is a plus.
