Job Description

• As an Admin/Sales Officer at Vivaflowers.ng, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by promoting our floral products and services. 
• You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery. 
• Your communication skills and ability to understand customer needs will be crucial in meeting our sales targets and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote our flower collections to new and existing customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide accurate sales reports.
• Assist with order processing and ensure timely deliveries.
• Stay updated on the latest floral trends and products to effectively advise customers.

Requirements

• HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or related qualifications.
• Proven experience as an Admin/Sales Officer or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
• Knowledge of flowers and floral arrangements is a plus but not required.
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Salary: N150,000.00 and above
• Working Days: Monday to Sunday with 2 days off weekly.
