We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Business Development & Sales Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation:

• Identify and research potential clients and market segments.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and utilizing online resources.
• Qualify leads and assess their potential for business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Sales & Account Management:

• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Manage and grow existing key accounts.

Strategic Planning & Market Analysis:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs.

Reporting & Administration:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team discussions.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper handover and successful implementation of solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
