We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Personal Assistant and Driver to Chief Operating Officer (COO)
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet individual to serve as a Personal Assistant and Driver for our Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to the COO in both professional and personal capacities, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks, efficient time management, and safe transportation.
Responsibilities
Personal Assistance:
Manage the COO's schedule, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time utilization and timely reminders
Prioritize and coordinate incoming requests, emails, and messages, responding on the COO's behalf when necessary
Assist with document preparation, presentation creation, and other administrative tasks as required
Conduct research, gather information, and create briefs on various topics to support the COO's decision-making process
Handle personal errands and tasks as assigned, maintaining the COO's personal life with the utmost confidentiality.
Communication and Liaison:
Act as a liaison between the COO and internal departments, external partners, clients, and other stakeholders
Manage phone calls, messages, and correspondence, directing them appropriately and relaying messages accurately
Cultivate positive working relationships with individuals at all levels, representing the COO in a professional and courteous manner.
Event Coordination:
Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, scheduling, and material preparation.
Support the COO in hosting guests and clients, ensuring their comfort and needs are met during visits.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
Uphold a professional and ethical standard in all interactions and communications.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 2-4 years work experience.
Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, ideally within a corporate environment
Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record and demonstrated experience in professional driving
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Familiarity with the local area and traffic patterns to ensure efficient transportation
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when needed
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 monthly.
