Ace Real Estate Development Limited, a real estate company located in Lekki Phase 1, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Lekki 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner.
• Reconcile client accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding income.
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and suppliers regarding billing and payments.

Compliance & Audit Support:

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal company policies.
• Prepare and file tax returns, VAT, and other statutory financial obligations.

Record-Keeping & Data Management:

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to company sales.

Coordination & Communication:

• Work closely with sales teams, and legal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
