Agency Coordination: Coordinate with external marketing agencies and PR agencies to ensure alignment with company's brand strategy and objectives.
Market Research: Recurring in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for brand growth.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team and the internal design team to create cohesive and compelling visual and written content that aligns with brand standards and is marketable.
Lead, Manage, Mentor, train, and develop a sale team of 50 to 100 members within 3 months for marketing that drive sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Set clear sales targets, objectives, and performance goals for the team, and monitor their progress.
Achieve sales revenue targets as per the company business plan
Motivate and monitor the sales team to ensure the best productivity and consistent sales.
Digital Presence: Manage and enhance our online presence, including social media, website, and other digital platforms to engage with our audience and grow our following.
Event Planning: Plan and execute events, promotions, and other activities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Candidate should hold min 2 to 5 years experience from Real Estate, Mortgage Banking or Insurance sales or marketing
4 - 5 years’ experience in Marketing management, preferably
Strong understanding of brand development, multichannel marketing, and digital marketing concepts.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Proven Experience in either real estate industry, mortgage banking or insurance for at least 2 to 5 years
2-5 years min of work experience as a Sales & Marketing Team Management (Can be also from other fields )
Strong knowledge of the Nigeria Secondary real estate or mortgage market
Excellent communication, analytical, and Leadership skills
Strong personality and a ”can-do” attitude
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
Good computer literacy (MS Office) and Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Knowledge of the rules and regulations and current pricing of the real estate industry in Lagos State. Nigeria
Plan and conduct team meetings and sales team training regularly to help agents advance their product knowledge, selling, and negotiation skills
Manage KPIs for each member of the sales and marketing team
Design, plan, and execute new sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue
Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve marketing strategies for lead generation or suggest new ones
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed business decisions.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, realtor, and other collaborators to enhance business partnerships.
