We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant (Male)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
• Provide support in managing personal and business-related tasks.
• Conduct research and compile data for decision-making.
• Drive the employer to meetings, events, and other locations when needed.
• Manage and create content for social media accounts.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
• Must have social media management skills (content creation, scheduling, engagement).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Professional demean or with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic graphic design and video editing for social media.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
