Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
This role requires a proactive and strategic individual with a strong understanding of the real estate market and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, developers, and brokers.
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Sales and Negotiation:
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up to date records of all interactions, leads, and sales within the company CRM.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Existing network of contacts in the real estate industry.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
