Job Title: Co-Founder / Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Technical vision & strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap that aligns with the start-up'slong-term business goals.
• Platform development: Architect, develop and maintain a robust, scalable, and secure platform.
• Team leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of engineers while ensuring a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Innovation & problem-solving: Identify and integrate emerging technologies to drive innovation and overcome technical challenges.
• Strategic collaboration: Partner with the founder and stakeholders to ensure technical initiatives support overall business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven technical expertise: Extensive hands-on experience(a minimum of 4 years) in software development, system architecture, and modern technology stacks—including Node.js and React.
• Leadership experience: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive strategic projects.
• Product development experience: A solid track record in building and evolving products to meet market needs.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: A proactive, passionate approach with a commitment to growing a business from the ground up.
• Strong communicator: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Innovative thinker: A natural problem-solver who thrives in dynamic and challenging environments.

Additional Very Important Requirements:

• Must be able to commit at least 25 hours per week.
• Must be based in Nigeria.
• Must be organized, tech-savvy, and ready to build.
