Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with deep expertise in the luxury industry to drive revenue growth and brand prominence.
We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected sales strategist who understands the nuances of luxury sales, possesses a strong network of high-net-worth clients, and can execute high-impact sales initiatives to elevate Hole19 Group’s market position.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Growth & Business Development:
Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI), corporate clients, and luxury connoisseurs.
Identify and convert high-value sales opportunities across various luxury segments (real estate, fashion, premium services, or automobiles).
Collaborate with senior management to drive market expansion, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, influencers, and luxury brand affiliates.
Build, nurture, and manage a portfolio of VIP clients, ensuring unparalleled customer experience and retention.
Develop bespoke solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of elite customers, ensuring exclusivity and personalization.
Represent Hole19 Group at luxury exhibitions, networking events, and private gatherings to enhance brand visibility.
Act as a brand ambassador, reinforcing our brand positioning through impeccable service and deep industry knowledge.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and luxury consumer behaviors.
Leverage data analytics and customer insights to refine sales strategies and drive targeted engagement.
Stay ahead of industry advancements, product innovations, and evolving luxury market demands.
Revenue & Performance Excellence:
Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets, contributing to the group’s overall profitability.
Develop innovative sales initiatives, promotions, and incentive programs to maximize conversions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with high-impact campaigns and digital strategies.
Experience & Expertise
5+ years of proven sales experience in the luxury sector, specializing in high-end retail, real estate, private jets, luxury cars, premium lifestyle services, or similar industries.
Established network of UHNWI, luxury clientele, and industry partners.
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of luxury brand positioning, pricing strategies, and customer psychology.
A track record of exceeding multimillion-dollar sales targets within a competitive, high-stakes environment.
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
Ability to craft and present bespoke, high-value proposals tailored to luxury clients.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Refined communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging at boardroom and private-client levels.
Passion for luxury lifestyle, exclusivity, and premium customer experiences.
Additional Preferences:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field (preferred).
Multilingual abilities and international sales exposure are a plus.
