We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Development / Operations Manager
The Business Development and Operations Manager will serve as the head of the team responsible for leading strategic initiatives and executing ambitious organizational goals.
This role requires a candidate with expertise in marketing, both in-field and on social media platforms to drive business growth and operational efficiency. He reports to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all operational activities, ensuring productivity across teams and departments.
Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic to our projects, achieve ROI targets, and optimize marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with realtors, managing their training, remuneration, and overall performance.
Organize and oversee site inspections for clients and realtors.
Coordinate with web developers and social media managers to ensure the seamless execution of marketing strategies, including loyalty programs, discounts, and rewards.
Design and execute PR campaigns, media relations strategies, and promotional materials (e.g., brochures, videos, social media content).
Plan and manage PR events such as open houses, press conferences, and exhibitions, serving as the company’s spokesperson when necessary.
Identify and pursue partnership, sponsorship, and advertising opportunities.
Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and prepare detailed PR reports.
Write and review press releases, and client communications for approval by the CEO.
Address inquiries from the public, press, and related organizations.
Provide clients with updates on new promotional opportunities and ongoing PR campaigns.
Qualifications / Requirements
HND or BSc in a related discipline, preferably Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field.
Minimum of 3 years of business development experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness and business development strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in preparing management reports and correspondence.
Strong initiative, time management, and stress management skills.
Not more than 35 years.
