Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implementing new sales plans and generating new customers/clients for the Company’s products.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
  • Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.
  • Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
  • Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
  • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
  • Create effective plans to promote products, boost the brand, and customize campaigns for target audiences.
  • Drive your team to success with clear targets and high standards for profitability.
  • Work with other teams to align strategies for maximum impact.
  • Ensure cost-effective marketing and sales activities within budgets to maximize returns.
  • Use data insights to adapt campaigns and stay competitive.
  • Use online tools to grow your brand, engage customers, and measure campaign success.
  • Build long-term client connections by understanding needs and providing value.
  • Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends
  • Identify potential customers and market segments through market research, industry analysis, and customer profiling.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze sales data to evaluate effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive activities, and customer preferences to inform product development, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and marketing, participating in training programs, workshops, and professional development activities.
  • Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, providing input and insights to support business growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Technical Skill: Data Analysis, Marketing, Engineering, Strategic Sales Planning, Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, Product Knowledge, Business development.
  • Experience in Sales: 4-10 years
  • Education: Degree in Marketing or any related field with a genuine passion for sales.
