Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced lead Generation marketing specialist to join our team. 
• The ideal candidate will be adept at generating leads through a variety of channels, including email marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media campaigns. 
• They will be responsible for creating compelling offers, optimizing our website for conversions, and coordinating efforts with our design and development teams to maximize marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads via email marketing, PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media.
• Offer Creation: Create attractive offers to capture the interest of potential customers.
• Website Optimization: Analyze and optimize website performance to increase conversions and improve user experience.
• Coordination: Work closely with designers and developers to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
• Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of all lead generation activities and adjust strategies as needed.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Customer Journey Mapping: Understand and map out customer journeys to enhance lead nurturing and conversion processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• Technical Experience: 2-3 years of experience working in a marketing or lead generation agency.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience marketing B2B professional services
• Technical skills: proficiency in email marketing tools, PPC platforms, SEO best practices, and social media marketing.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
