Job Summary
The Revenue Growth Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning, account management, and business development.
This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand existing customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
Analyze Sales Data: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategic plans to address them.
Manage Existing Customer Relationships: Manage existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and Maintain Sales Forecasts: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Develop and Deliver Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver sales presentations to customers and prospects to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships.
Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships.
Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth and contribute to business success.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a revenue growth or business development role
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding existing customer relationships
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
Personal Qualities:
Results-driven and goal-oriented
Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and colleagues
Strong negotiation and closing skills

Work Environment:

Salary
N100,000 - N300,000 / month.
