Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Ojuelegba, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking to employ a competitive female Sales Officer to help customers identify products, process customers list and help purchase products.
• Duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. 
• The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers
• Manage point-of-sale processes, picking and invoicing
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide customers with information about products
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Ring up purchases.
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND with a minimum of 2 yearsof  work experience in sales, customer rep in pharmacy or retail
• Must be computer literate.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba, Yaba is very important; only candidate with close proximity would be considered
• Fluency in English, Igbo would be an added advantage
• Preferably female for gender equality.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / Month.
