Job Title: Baker

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Ingredient Preparation:Measuring, weighing, and combining ingredients according to recipes.
• Dough Handling:Kneading, rolling, cutting, and shaping dough for various baked goods.
• Baking:Setting oven temperatures, placing items in ovens, and monitoring the baking process to ensure proper cooking and appearance.
• Decorating and Finishing:Applying icings, glazes, and decorations to enhance the presentation of baked goods.
• Recipe Development and Execution:Creating, executing, and potentially developing new recipes.
• Quality Control:Assessing the quality of raw materials and finished products.
• Workstation Management: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper storage of ingredients and equipment.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND with 1 - 2 years of work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 / Month.
