Job Description

• We are recruiting for the role of Floor Supervisor. If you have experience in restaurant operations and team management, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth service.
• Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages.
• Assist in staff training and performance evaluation.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 2 - 10 years work experience.
• Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
