Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic Head of IT to lead our digital transformation with a strong emphasis on online marketing, content creation, and innovative technology solutions. 
• This role is designed for a creative leader who will drive our digital presence and business growth through comprehensive strategies in content creation, promotion, growth management, sales conversation strategy, and the deployment of AI in operations. 
• Please note, traditional IT support tasks are handled by our internal team.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Leadership:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility, brand engagement, and revenue growth.

Content Creation & Management:

• Oversee the production of engaging video content, graphic designs, and other visual media.
• Drive creative content and idea development that resonates with our target audience.

Promotion & Growth Management:

• Design and implement promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
• Develop and execute strategies to accelerate business growth and optimize online marketing performance.

Sales Conversation Strategy:

• Formulate and implement effective sales conversation strategies to convert leads and boost revenue.

AI Deployment in Operations:

• Lead the integration and deployment of AI technologies to optimize marketing and operational processes.
• Implement AI-driven solutions such as predictive analytics, automated content personalization, and marketing automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Market Trends & Digital Tools:

• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, including emerging AI technologies, to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / HND
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, and AI deployment.
• Demonstrated expertise in content creation (video, graphics, and campaign development), promotion management, growth strategies, and sales conversation strategy.
• A robust portfolio or profile showcasing previous projects and successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Ability to lead a digital-focused IT strategy while excluding traditional IT support tasks.
• Excellent creative thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
