We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Office Manager

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Customer Service – Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and high-quality service at all times.
• Team Leadership – Supervise and mentor front office staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Budget & Resource Management – Allocate and manage financial and operational resources effectively.
• Process Optimization – Regularly review and enhance front office procedures, including guest check-ins, complaints handling, and record-keeping.
• Safety Protocols – Implement and enforce measures to protect guests, staff, and property.
• Guest Services Coordination – Oversee concierge services, transportation arrangements, and luggage assistance to enhance guest experience.
• Reservations & Inventory Management – Supervise reservation procedures, room allocations, rate management, and inventory control for optimal occupancy.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
