Job Description

• The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends. 
• Collaborate with development teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
• Prioritize product features and manage product backlog.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product satisfaction. 
• Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement. 
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and marketing materials.
• He will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion and delivery, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• He or She will also be responsible for risk identification and mitigation, as well as maintaining project documentation and communication.
• Monitor product or project progress and track key performance indicators to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes, tools, and workflows to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product or Project Manager in the ICT industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex Products or projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Proficient in product and project management tools and software, such as Aha! Roadmaps, Roadmunk, Product plan, Mix panel, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma , Sketch. Adobe XD, Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello or Asana.
• Knowledge of ICT technologies, trends, and methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency in project delivery.
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure project objectives are met with high quality.
