Key Responsibilities
Revenue-Driven Marketing & Lead Generation:
Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that directly in crease sales, customer retention, and revenue growth.
Identify new sales channels, partnerships, and collaborations to bring in high-spending clientele.
Implement digital and offline lead-generation tactics, focusing on corporate clients, event bookings, and VIP experiences.
Track and analyze the impact of marketing efforts on sales performance, ensuring a high ROI on all campaigns.
Brand Awareness & Promotions:
Design and manage compelling promotional campaigns (happy hours, themed nights, exclusive events) to drive foot traffic and increase spend per guest.
Create and oversee all on-site marketing materials (menus, flyers, banners, LED screens) to enhance the guest experience.
Work with influencers, media outlets, and PR teams to boost brand visibility and reputation.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
Oversee social media strategy to grow our brand across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
Develop engaging content, including videos, reels, and live coverage of events to maintain an active online presence.
Implement and manage paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google) with a focus on driving reservations and walk-ins.
Leverage email and SMS marketing campaigns to keep customers engaged and updated on upcoming promotions.
Event & Partnership Marketing:
Collaborate with event organizers, corporate clients, and lifestyle brands to host high-revenue private and public events.
Negotiate and manage sponsorship deals and partnerships that align with our brand and revenue goals.
Work with DJs, entertainers, and influencers to curate and promote signature events that attract a high-end crowd.
Market Research & Performance Analysis:
Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the market.
Generate reports on marketing performance, customer demographics, and revenue impact to guide decision-making.
Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights and customer feedback.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification
3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment industry.
Proven ability to drive revenue through marketing and generate sales leads that convert into paying customers.
Strong experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing partnerships and sponsorships.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging campaigns that excite customers.
Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to make marketing decisions and optimize ROI.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and can work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
