Solidarites International (SI) is a French humanitarian organization which provides aid and assistance to victims of war or natural disasters. For over 38 years, the association has focused on meeting three vital needs - water, food and shelter. Currently present in Nigeria since 2016, SI carries out emergency / post-emergency programs in the WASH sector in the Northeast region.

Introduction

• SI has operational bases in Gusau and Anka (Zamfara State) and a coordination office in Abuja. 
• As part of its activities, SI is seeking to procure agricultural tools to support farmers in Zamfara, Nigeria. 
• To ensure effective procurement and logistics, only suppliers based in the Northwest states (Katsina, Zamfara, Sokoto, Kaduna, Niger, Kebbi) are invited to tender. 

Technical Scope of the Call for Tender
The tender includes the following farming tools, which must be delivered in Gusau: 

Requirements for Submission
Interested suppliers must submit a comprehensive offer, including the following:
Mandatory Documents: 

• Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registration documents with CO2 and CO7 
• Up to date company tax clearance certificate 
• ID of the company director 
• Proof of past experience with at least three (3) different NGOs.

Technical Requirements:

• Completed quotation form for the listed farming tools 
• Quality of samples provided 
• Proof of availability of stock and sources of procurement 
• Payment terms and conditions 
• Delivery lead time 
• Validity of the Quotation.

Selection criteria
Bids will be evaluated based on the following criteria: 

• Price Competitiveness: Competitive and reasonable pricing relative to market standards 
• Sample Quality check: Suppliers will have to provide at their own cost 01 sample of each item requested 
• Supplier Location: Only suppliers from Katsina, Zamfara, Sokoto, Kaduna, Niger, and Kebbi will be considered 
• Stock Availability: Suppliers must demonstrate their capacity to deliver required quantities 
• Experience with NGOs: At least 03 proof of past experience working with humanitarian organizations in the same market 
• Delivery Timeline: Ability to commence delivery within the first week of April 2025.
