To support the Food Safety Program and Provide the System with the needed QA Support.
Manage the Food Safety and Quality in Nigeria; proactively ensuring the highest levels of food safety, continually monitoring the quality of our products sourced from our approved food suppliers and distributors, and ensuring that all brand standards are maintained always by suppliers and internal Processing.

45% OER and Stores and Abattoirs Food Safety Program
10 % Stores QA control. 25% Group QMS Program.
10 % focus on training and building a team toward 2026 to achieve certification of FSSC, and QMS
Roles and Responsibilities
Eliminate food safety risks at suppliers, Abattoirs and Depo/Stores:
Assisting local suppliers and AFHS to comply with natnudO Minimum food safety standards.
Ensure all high products are from natnudO-approved suppliers.
A list of suppliers is to be maintained
Manage and follow up the Food Safety Standards at local suppliers
Abattoirs and Depot/Stores:
Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with local suppliers and other internal Suppliers.
Regularly analyze food safety data and follow up on the action plans in case of any risks and non-conformances.
Monitor and maintain the food safety standards of low-risk products by managing the local suppliers and other internal Suppliers.
Escalate risks and issues to natnudO MD and Top Management that present potential challenges to the brand and can’t be solved.
Conduct product evaluation to maintain high-quality ingredients.
Training:
Work with the team in all sites on the Training module needed and ensure the Implementation
Working on the Job aids and new Business SOP with the team
Eliminate food safety risks at Stores:
Manage food safety systems at Stores and escalate and follow up the opportunities with respective parties.
Partner with the development team to monitor the new store built.
Review all SOPs to comply with the latest Update of FSSC Standard.
Local Quality Assurance System Conformance & Tracking:
Maintain the QA database, ensuring it is updated, complete, and accurate for all sites. This includes audit schedules, scores, corrective action plans, supplier lists, KPI reporting, and any other supplier/product-related information required.
Develop suppliers on natnudO Food Safety requirements and advise natnudO MD in case of compliance with the approval process.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Food Science, Microbiology, or Quality Management).
Relevant certifications (HACCP, Six Sigma, SPC, Quality Auditor) are an advantage.
6-8 years of experience in the food industry, focusing on food safety and quality assurance.
Minimum of 3 years in restaurant/food service background.
Experience in quality systems, food manufacturing, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of international food safety standards (BRC, GFSI, FSSC 22000, Global GAP).
Auditing experience (minimum 3-4 years in food safety compliance).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to train and influence teams across departments.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Certifications an advantage, including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate.
Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience.
Experience with the implementation of corrective action programs.
Production or Factory management experience.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
Good analytical skills.
Independent, mature, self-initiative and possesses a positive attitude.
