Job Title: Executive Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive/Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, technical, and social media support.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy professional who can streamline operations, manage multiple priorities, and ensure seamless communication across all platforms.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of digital tools, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
Handle email management, including filtering, prioritizing, and responding on behalf of the employer.
Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and databases.
Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Assist with project management, including tracking deadlines, progress, and deliverables.
Social Media Management:
Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers.
Analyse social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Stay updated on social media trends and recommend strategies to enhance online presence.
Technical Support:
Proficiently use tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Trello, Asana, and other productivity software.
Troubleshoot basic tech issues and liaise with IT support when necessary.
Set up and manage virtual meetings, webinars, and online events.
Research and implement new tools or software to improve efficiency.
Communication & Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the employer and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Experience Level: 5+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Proven expertise in managing social media platforms and creating content.
Strong technical proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, Hootsuite, and project management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with basic graphic design, video editing, or CRM tools is a plus.
