Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified candidate responsible for driving monthly sales targets, maximising profitability, and fostering growth through strategic account penetration within their assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will effectively promote and sell the company's diverse product portfolio by leveraging their expertise and professional network to secure new business accounts and establish long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach to ensure monthly sales target is met.
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
Makes telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Arrange a meeting with directors and industry leaders to secure strategic deals and strengthen the organization's presence and relevance within yourterritory and regions.
Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for products.
Reporting market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends in assigned territory.
Maintain a reliable, up-to-date customer record system as per the Sales Procedure Manual
Maintain records of new customers, deleted customers and changes to call cycles to ensure cost-effective coverage of the territory
Ensure monthly sales, new accounts, key products, and payment targets are achieved.
Send daily reports using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Mircosoft Teams.
Requirements
Academic qualification of B.Sc Degree in Biological Sciences
2 - 5 years of working experience
Good understanding of entrepreneurial and commercial objectives
Knowledge of sales strategies and concepts, especially with Medical devices and Medical software, will be an added advantage.
