We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and customer acquisition strategies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads.
The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and increasing customer engagement through automated advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and boost sales.
Optimize LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads campaigns to increase conversions and improve ROI.
Utilize automation tools to create, schedule, and analyze online advertisements effectively.
Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Develop engaging content strategies tailored to different platforms to enhance brand presence.
Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
Track, measure, and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
Implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and retain existing customers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5-10 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the tech or IT industry.
Strong expertise in managing and optimizing LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.
Proficiency in advertising automation tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
Strong knowledge of content marketing and social media strategies.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
