• Our client is seeking an exceptional finance leader to establish and lead their Accounting & Financial Advisory Services Strategic Business Unit (AFAS SBU).

The Role
This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to build something extraordinary.As HAFAS, you will:

• Build from the ground up: Design and implement the operational framework, service offerings, and financial strategy for our new AFAS SBU.
• Lead a high-performing team: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of skilled accounting and financial advisory professionals.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and deliver expert financial advisory services: including M&A, investment analysis, capital raising, and strategic business planning for ACRC’s portfolio companies and external clients.
• Drive significant growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy, leveraging networking, digital marketing, social media and thought leadership to establish a strong brand presence.
• Deliver exceptional client service: Cultivate and nurture relationships with both ACRC's portfolio companies and external clients, providing world-class financial advisory services.
• Ensure financial excellence: Oversee accounting practices, tax compliance, financial planning & analysis, risk management and corporate finance functions across ACRC's portfolio.
• Champion innovation: Embrace technology and implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Establish key partnerships: with banks, regulatory bodies, and professional organizations.

Job Description

What You will Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. An MBA or Master's in Finance/Accounting is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as ICAN, CPA, CFA, or ACCA are required.
• 8+ years of experience in financial management, advisory services, or consulting.
• Strong background in financial modelling, corporate finance, capital structuring and investment strategy.
• Strong understanding of business growth strategies and financial risk management.
• Proven ability to launch and scale a financial services business.
• Experience with digital marketing and business development in financial services is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, strategic, and results-driven mindset.
• Strong leadership, team management, and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both online and offline.
