Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and disciplined individual responsible for overseeing the operations of the plant setup and supervising the accounting of all activities performed.

Job Responsibilities
Plant Setup Oversight:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the plant setup, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to operational standards.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the setup and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Ensure proper documentation and organization of all plant setup activities.

Activity Supervision:

• Monitor all activities within the plant to ensure they align with company procedures and standards.
• Ensure staff and contractors follow safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Identify and address any operational inefficiencies or challenges that arise during the setup process.

Staff Supervision and Training:

• Supervise and manage plant staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure that staff are adequately trained and adhere to operational standards and safety regulations.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track the performance of plant operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular feedback to management regarding operational efficiency and financial performance.

Reporting and Communication:

• Prepare regular reports detailing plant activities, expenses, and performance metrics.
• Communicate effectively with senior management regarding operational progress and any issues that need addressing.

Problem Resolution:

• Proactively identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any operational or financial discrepancies.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure that the plant complies with all relevant safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Monitor the health and safety of staff, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly.
