Description
The Client Relationship Officer will play a key role in managing client relationships, understanding their property needs, and actively promoting and selling land and homes.
This role requires a blend of sales skills, relationship-building, and marketing expertise to drive the success of our real estate transactions.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, nurturing leads, and ensuring a seamless buying experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing personalized support and attention throughout the buying process.
Sales & Marketing: Actively promote and sell land and property offerings to potential buyers. Generate leads, manage client inquiries, conduct property showings, and close deals.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various marketing channels (digital, networking, referrals). Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments. Use this knowledge to inform clients and provide tailored property recommendations.
Client Onboarding & Consultation: Assist clients in understanding available properties, financing options, and the purchasing process. Provide comprehensive property tours, answering questions and addressing concerns.
Negotiation: Act as the intermediary between buyers and sellers, negotiating terms and closing deals that meet both parties’ needs.
Client Retention & Referrals: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals. Engage with past clients to maintain relationships and foster future opportunities.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth transactions and effective communication with clients.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions. Provide regular updates on sales progress and client status to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or client relationship management, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Education: A Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an asset.
Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate practices, including property valuation, contracts, and the buying process is a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex property details in a clear, engaging way.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to close deals that satisfy both clients and the company.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms for marketing and lead generation.
Customer-Focused: A client-first mentality with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational skills.
