We are a company specializing in the sale of branded agricultural equipment, construction machinery, garden tools, forestation tools, and machine spare parts, with sales operations cutting across all states in Nigeria and beyond.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer

Location: Head Office - Enugu and Branch Office, Onitsha - Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Highly experienced marketers capable of driving the company's sales to meet targeted goals. Compensation includes a monthly salary along with performance-based incentives.
  • The Marketers are to operate from the Head office (Enugu) to control and sale goods across the nation and beyond.

Job Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets across Nigeria and beyond.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Market Expansion:

  • Drive efforts to expand the company’s customer base and explore new markets locally and internationally.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the sale of branded agricultural equipment, construction machinery, garden tools, forestation tools, and machine spare parts.
  • Monitor and control sales processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers across all states in Nigeria and beyond.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior sales staff to enhance overall team performance.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, targets achieved, and market conditions.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to the management team.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote products and attract new customers.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.

Incentive and Performance Management:

  • Meet or exceed performance targets to earn monthly incentives.
  • Continuously monitor and improve sales strategies to maintain high performance and achieve set goals.

Travel and Regional Operations:

  • Travel across the nation to meet clients, manage sales operations, and oversee product distribution.
  • Ensure proper management of sales in all regions, with a focus on increasing reach and sales volumes.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards while executing sales strategies.
  • Report to the head office in Enugu regularly on sales activities and outcomes.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 monthly.
