The Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences, llese-ljebu is an institution established by law to provide courses of instruction in Health Sciences, Technology Behavioural and Management Sciences leading to the award of Higher National Diploma (HND), National Diploma (ND), Diploma and Technician Certificates in various courses. The Institution is a reference point in technological, scientific and entrepreneurial education, accessible to all for sustainable national development.

Job Title: Registrar
Location: Ilese-Ijebu, Ogun
Duties
The Registrar is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Polytechnic and is responsible to the Rector for the day-to-day administration of the Institution and shall perform such other duties as the Governing Council or Rector may from time to time required.
He/She is also the Secretary to Council, Academic Board, Convocation and Congregation of the Polytechnic.
By virtue of his/her position, the Registrar is one of the Principa Officers of the Polytechnic.
Qualification and Experience
The Candidate must possess a good honours degree with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) with Master's Degree in Arts, Humanities, Management or relevant discipline from a recognized Institution of higher learning plus at least fifteen (15) years post-qualification cognate experience in tertiary institution administration preferably Polytechnic setting OR Doctoral degree in relevant discipline plus 12 years post qualification administrative experience.
Must be a member of relevant professional body/bodies (such as Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management(CIPM), e.t.c.)
Candidate must have been a Deputy Registrar (CONTENDISS 14) for at least five (years).
Interested candidate must not be more than 59 years of age at the time of assumption of duty.

Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exhibits the ability of a team leader, who leads by example and has clear mentorship skills and plans
Exhibit a considerate degree of competence, responsiveness demonstrable integrity and transparency
Be a person with good leadership qualities who can inspire and motivate colleagues, a person with a clear vision for the development of the Polytechnic and must be ready to implement the vision of the Polytechnic
Be focus and innovative, computer literate, and must have a good working understanding of communication by internet; vii) Bein excellent physical and mental health; and
Intellectually and professionally sound and knowledgeable in the rules and regulations of Polytechnic administration.
Terms of Appointment and Conditions of Service
The appointment shall be for a single term of five (5) years effective from the date of appointment and will be on such terms and conditions as may be specified in the letter of appointment as approved by the Government and or Governing Council.
The salary is consolidated and as obtainable in similar position in Nigerian Polytechnics.
