Job Description

• We are seeking a Lawyer to join our team as a Legal Assistant. 
• We are a leading digital publishing company providing comprehensive legal resources and solutions worldwide. 
• The successful candidate will play a role in assisting the legal department and law reporting team of some schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting in-depth legal research on various matters, including statutory laws, case law, regulations, and legal precedents.
• Assist in preparing comprehensive research reports and legal memos on topics as assigned by senior attorneys.
• Assist in Analyzing and summarising case files, court decisions, and legislation to assist in the preparation of legal reporting.
• Assist in the drafting of other legal correspondence.
• Perform any other administrative or legal tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor in Law
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of Nigerian law and international legal developments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate must Reside in Lagos Nigeria.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
