Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing property deals.
This role involves promoting the company’s real estate offerings, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through networking, telemarketing, referrals, and other lead- generation methods.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Present and promote the company’s real estate offerings, including properties, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
Organize and accompany clients on property tours and site inspections, providing detailed explanations of features and benefits.
Negotiate and close property sales, ensuring all documentation and contracts are accurate and complete.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.
Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to the Sales Manager, including progress on leads, deals closed, and challenges encountered.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Stay informed about real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
Gather feedback from clients and competitors to identify opportunities for improving the company’s offerings and sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service
throughout the sales process.
Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience and fostering loyalty.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with other sales team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with promotional campaigns and lead-generation efforts.
Provide feedback on marketing materials and suggest improvements based on client interactions.

Number of new clients acquired and deals closed.

Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
Knowledge of the real estate market and sales strategies is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
