Job Title: Independent Marketer
Location: Nigeria (Remote)
Job Summary
The Independent Marketer will work remotely to promote the company’s real estate offerings, generate leads, and drive property sales.
This flexible role requires strong self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Marketers will attend weekly in-person meetings at the office for strategy alignment and performance reviews.
The company will provide marketing materials, training, and support.
In addition to a fixed monthly allowance, marketers will earn a commission on sales and bonus incentives for exceptional performance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential clients through social media, phone calls, emails, and personal networks.
Build a pipeline of prospective buyers and investors interested in the company’s real estate offerings.
Proactively promote the company’s properties, land, and other investment opportunities.
Use company-provided marketing materials to effectively communicate property features and benefits to potential clients.
Actively share listings, promotions, and company updates on personal and professional social media platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts with company campaigns and goals.
Engage potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
Follow up with leads to build trust and ensure a smooth journey from inquiry to sale
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Attend weekly in-person meetings to report progress, discuss challenges, and align on strategies.
Provide feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competition to help refine marketing efforts.
Submit regular updates on personal performance, including leads generated and sales closed.
Participate in training sessions provided by the company to enhance marketing and sales skills.
Stay updated on the company’s property offerings, pricing structures, and sales processes.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company professionally in all engagements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of leads generated weekly.
Sales closed and revenue generated.

Attendance and active participation in weekly meetings.

Qualifications and Skills
Education: Minimum of OND/HND or equivalent experience in any discipline.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in social media marketing and telemarketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Familiarity with Lagos’s real estate market is an advantage.
Proficiency in using basic digital tools like WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
