About the Job

• We are a dynamic and growing restaurant seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our team. 
• As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, waiter/waitresses, and runners to ensure efficient service delivery
• Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints
• Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies
• Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager/General Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of BSc in any related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Floor Manager in a high-volume restaurant
• Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, labor laws, and health and safety regulations
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
