Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our real estate properties and services.
This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, particularly within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and boost property sales.
Plan and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
Create and optimize targeted online ads through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Develop engaging and relevant content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and social media updates, aligned with Mshel Homes Limited’s brand and marketing goals.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating impactful posts and engaging with followers.
Collaborate with the graphics and content creation teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Optimize the company’s website for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic.
Manage and update website content, ensuring a user-friendly experience and accurate property listings.
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website performance and implement data-driven enhancements.
Implement effective lead generation strategies through digital channels.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and enhance customer engagement.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably within the real estate sector.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, MailChimp, SEO tools, and content management systems (CMS).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, video editing, and graphic design basics.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
