Job Title: Senior Finance Associate

Job Summary
The Senior Finance Associate will play a key role in managing financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, analysis, and business strategy to support decision-making and drive financial performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate finance, accounting, and financial planning, preferably within the automobile industry.
Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on financial performance.
Accounting & Reporting:
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Reconcile accounts, manage financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
Work closely with auditors and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance with financial regulations.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
Monitor company expenses and ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend financial efficiency improvements.
Support departments in financial planning and expenditure tracking.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
Work with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior management, investors, and stakeholders.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and other external partners.
Support the finance team in strategic projects and financial modeling.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA) is a plus.
4 - 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and corporate finance.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Sage).
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
