About the Role

• We are recruiting for one of our Clients to enhance our team with an Aggregator Manager. 
• This role is pivotal in managing and onboarding new POS aggregators within assigned regions. 
• The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, people management skills, and an existing network of aggregators to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Onboard aggregators with a network of sub-agents.
• Facilitate the addition of new agents monthly.
• Provide training on onboarding and KYC processes.
• Train on performance monitoring using our dashboards.
• Oversee aggregators' performance regarding transactions and active terminals.
• Retrieve POS terminals in cases of non-performance.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in agency banking.
• Proficient in Excel and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong self-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-oriented with adaptability to various personalities.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 monthly.
