Job Title: Partnership Manager
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development:
Identify and evaluate potential partners, considering strategic alignment and mutual benefits.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations.
Negotiation and Agreement:
Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and formalize partnership agreements.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams.
Maintain open communication channels with partners, keeping them informed and engaged.
Performance Monitoring:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and regularly assess their effectiveness.
Monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships, making adjustments as needed.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development of strategic plans for partnership growth and expansion.
Identify new opportunities and areas for innovation in partnerships.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities related to partnerships.
Acquisition of Partners:
Drive the acquisition of both Product Partnerships and Business Partnerships.
Develop and implement strategies for expanding and diversifying the partner portfolio.
PII Processor Responsibilities:
Design, create, and implement IT processes and systems that would enable the data controller to gather personal data.
Use tools and strategies to gather personal data.
Implement security measures that would safeguard personal data.
Store personal data gathered by the data controller.
Transfer PII data from the data controller to another organization and vice versa.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in partnership management or a related role.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align partnerships with business objectives.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in market analysis.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
