Job Title: DTF / UV Machine Operator

Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled DTF/UV Machine Operator to manage and operate Direct-to-Film (DTF) and UV printing equipment. 
• The ideal candidate will have experience in digital printing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality prints.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain DTF and UV printing machines.
• Ensure proper calibration and alignment of equipment.
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. 
• 2+ years proven experience as a DTF/UV Machine Operator or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of digital printing processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
