Job Description

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of XFP Productions Ltd., ensuring efficient workflow across departments.
The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, streamline production processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage resources to maximize impact.
This role requires a proactive, highly organized leader with experience in entertainment, media, NGO operations, or social impact initiatives.
He/she will possess sharp business acumen and a track record of managing multiple departments for peak productivity.
The ideal candidate will excel in IT management, fostering an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusivity within the operations team.
Objectives
Maintain continuous communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless company operations.
Develop, implement, and uphold quality assurance protocols.
Enhance internal capacity by improving existing processes and procedures for increased efficiency.
Ensure operational activities adhere to set timelines and budgetary constraints.
Monitor staffing needs and recruit new employees when required.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable departments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of XFP’s entertainment, media, and production initiatives.
Oversee daily company operations, including production schedules, logistics, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Manage partnerships with corporate sponsors, media houses, NGOs, and government agencies to advance XFP’s mission.
Coordinate talent development programs, job placement initiatives, and training workshops for PWDs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and accessibility requirements for PWD-inclusive productions.
Supervise and lead cross-functional teams, providing direction and support to ensure project success.
Monitor performance metrics, report on key operational insights, and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and creative teams to align operations with the company’s mission and goals.
Foster a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and excellence within the organization.
Other Duties:
Lead, motivate, and support a sizable team in a time-sensitive and demanding environment
Provide career development plans for direct reports and resolve issues efficiently
Manage data collection for metrics updates to meet productivity targets, cost reduction, error elimination, and exceptional customer service delivery.
Collaborate withcross-functional teamsto enhance proprietary tools and systems.
Work closely with legal and safety departments to maintain compliance.
Supervise materials and inventory management.
Conducted budget reviews and presented cost plans to upper management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Media Management, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in entertainment, media production, NGOs, or disability inclusion initiatives.
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Experience working with PWDs or managing disability-inclusive programs is highly desirable.
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and government agencies.
Knowledge of production workflows, budgeting, and media industry best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for social impact and inclusivity.
Requirements:
Strong budgeting skills and experience in oversight.
Proficient in delegation while maintaining control over branch operations and customer service.
Aptitude in conflict management and business negotiation.
Familiarity with business productivity software; ability to quickly adapt to new applications.
Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
